Education Work

Education and outreach work has always played an important part in Lenny's musical career, both currently as a member of the BBC National Orchestra of Wales, and in the work he does outside the orchestra and as a composer. He has had long association with Live Music Now, with whom he gained a great deal of invaluable experience and skills, primarily working with children with special needs. It was a musician in residence at a special needs school in Bury, Greater Manchester, that Lenny developed his album of action songs for children that you can listen to by following the links on this web page. More recently he has presented and devised Family Concerts for the Corbridge Chamber Music Festival and the Penarth Pier Festival.
